You also commit to returning the vehicle at the end of the rental period,&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 600\">without any new mechanical or body damage<\/span>&nbsp;and return it to the same original favorable conditions.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;text-transform: none\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">2. Adherence to laws and geographical boundaries<\/span><br>The tenant agrees to always&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Traffic Directorate Headquarters of Turkey<\/span>&nbsp;and abide by the vehicle&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Only within the borders of Turkey<\/span>&nbsp;It can be used. Driving outside of the borders or using it for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;text-transform: none\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">3. Prohibition of Making Changes<\/span><br>Any alteration, modification, or installation of additional equipment on the vehicle&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Without prior written permission from AloAutos<\/span>&nbsp;It is prohibited. In case of violation, all costs for returning the vehicle to its original state and any damages incurred will be entirely the responsibility of the renter.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;text-transform: none\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">4. Liability for damages arising from insurance<\/span><br>Any mechanical or electrical damage caused by&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Misuse, neglect, failure to follow instructions, or incorrect fueling<\/span>it is outside of insurance coverage, and the financial responsibility lies entirely with the renter.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;text-transform: none\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">5. Losses due to seizure or breakdown<\/span><br>In the event of seizure, confiscation, or long-term breakdown of the vehicle due to&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Tenant default or negligence<\/span>&nbsp;(such as drunk driving, carrying prohibited substances), the renter, in addition to the legal fine, is responsible&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Loss of Use Compensation<\/span>&nbsp;and other related costs.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;text-transform: none\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">8. Losing keys or documents<\/span><br>In case of loss or serious damage to car keys, license plates, or documents, the renter is obligated to pay&nbsp;<span style=\"font-weight: 600\">All costs for replacement and creation of a new key<\/span>&nbsp;The time required for this will be calculated as part of the rental period.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top: 16px;margin-bottom: 16px;, sans-serif;font-size: 16px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;text-transform: none\"><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">9.
